If a user login using FB account, we are capturing the below mentioned information:

2. Profile picture
3. Email address

2. How are we using the data?

We are capturing and storing the said data for the purpose of goWave’s registration and login.

3. The purposes for which you are processing it?

We are capturing this data for registration and login purposes.

1. We are using facebook name as user name into goWave app.
2. Facebook profile picture as display image of the user into goWave app.
3. Email ID is use for email-id in goWave app.

4. How Users may request deletion of that data?

4.1 Delete from Facebook’s setting.

If you want to delete goWave app data from Facebook, you can do it by following steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Account's Setting & Privacy. Click "Settings"
2. Look for "Apps and Websites" and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
3. Search and Click "goWave by RHB" in the search bar.
4. Scroll and click "Remove".
5. You have successfully removed your app activities.

4.2 Delete from goWave by RHB’s database.

If you wish to delete your goWave App account and all its data collected from Facebook (example: username, profile image and email address), kindly contact us at [email protected] Upon request, your account and all its data will deleted from our database after 1 working day.

We strive to ensure that RHBBCP Customer’s information is accurate and kept up to date.
